CHEROKEE  ALPACAS
of Cornwall

Welcome to CHEROKEE ALPACAS of Cornwall

I have a small herd of  mixed coloured alpacas,    and mad working cocker  Dasha,  Poodle Scooter.  A small flock of Witshire horn sheep, also called easy care sheep due to them being able to shed their own fleece, no need to shear.

I breed rare and endangered chickens,  I have hatching on a daily basis in the hatch unit.

Alpaca fleece is lovely to spin and knit with,  it is ultra fine and very soft, no itch factor.   Having taught myself to hand spin, I now teach spinning and knitting in my new alpaca workshop. I also have for sale wool, garments, hand woven alpaca cushions, rovings for spinning.  and greeting cards.

With having a small herd,  I can spend time training them. all hand feed.

We are open to visitors to see all the animals from Feb to Sept you may even get to see the eggs hatching or baby alpaca being born.  New Alpaca baby (cria) due end of June.   Phone first to make sure we are available.

Why not bring a picnic  see all the animals.   Entrance  £3.50 each .
